One item on the city’s new proposal is to allow certain businesses to count parking for four bicycles equal to a single car parking space.
Hey BikeHouston fans, we need your help! The City is proposing changes to the parking ordinance and has recommended adding a bike parking requirement for new businesses. There is also an incentive to allow reduced car parking in exchange for more bike parking. This is a good first step in the right direction for our community.
