Memorial City to NW Harris County - 2004/04/12 12:53
I've just tried out this route from Memorial City to NW Harris County:
1. Gessner to Westview
2. Westview to Shadowdale (City of Houston bike route)
3. Go north on Shadowdale, City bike route weaves around - hard to explain - takes you over a footbridge - it is accurately described on the GIS link on the Houston Bikeways website, though. You exit the City bike route at Kempwood and Gesser
4. Ride up Gessner to Clay Road
5. Clay Road to Eldridge
6. Eldridge to FM529
7. FM529 west to Barker-Cypress
