any organised rides on 27 aug? - 2005/08/26 05:26 Hello Forum!
I'm working here until next thursday, I'm normally in Scotland! I'd love to go on a ride this weekend, I'm missing my bikes. Are there any arranged rides on saturday, and if so where and when and also where can I rent a bike for the day? I have the other essentials, shorts shoes and lid all I need are a bike and some company.

Sorry didn't get back to you in time for Saturday morning.

Well, Hilton Westchase is a pretty grim area to get out from... but, if you ride north on a quiet Sunday morning up the access road of the Beltway 8, you can get to Terry Hershey Park, then ride west on trails. That would be a nice Sunday ride.

Ring me up at home on Saturday, I have a bike that will fit you. Phone is 281-550-3864. Ask for Peter. If no one is at home, leave your hotel telephone extension number, I can find the number for Westchase Hilton.

I am going to be in the area VERY VERY early Sunday AM (in the 6 o'clock hour), I am going to sunrise worship services... I could drop the bike off to you, and pick it up in the evening. If they'll let you keep it in your room, I can let you have it for longer. No locking it up outside, please.
