At the HPBAC meeting last night 6/17/08, Rita B. (acting Bicycle Coordinator for the COH) reported that the Columbia Tap should be completed by August 08. Evidently Mayor Bill White rode the path a few weeks ago and presented a full page of questions and punch out items for Public Works. Be very careful of the steel bolsters when riding this path
