Where to find a good used bike in Houston - 2005/02/04 04:53
I'm looking for a used mountain bike for a friend of mine so she can ride with me at memorial and ant hills. She's only got about $100 to spend and I've been telling her she would be better off getting a used a bike with decent frame and components than getting the $70 walmart special.
But I haven't had much luck with ebay (looking for local bikes only), the greensheet or the chronicle classifieds.
Does anyone know if there are any other places I've missed looking?
