On Tuesday, I was in the Medical Center, I seen a bike rider hit by a car (Holcombe @ Cambridge) I was really disturbed by this, I've never had to see anything like this. I was bothered by this throughout the day, and I had to find out if he was ok. I made at least 100 phone calls and called in some favors. I found out that he died at Ben Taub, and that he had only been here 2 weeks from Germany, he was here to study medicine. He leaves behind a widow (Katherine), who has since returned to Germany. I found out everything about Christian because, I cared. I didn't know Christian personally but I don't want to have to go through this again
