Willowbrook to Quail Valley (Sugar Land?) There's no shoulder at all from Willowbrook to I-10. I don't quite know what you're talking about, sorry.
Oh, I got my nerve back after a few weeks using my go-around, and am riding on all of Eldridge again, but very carefully and assertively.
