I would make my way over to the south end of the Briarpark bike lane, and then go north on it and work my way towards the Terry Hershey Trail, which goes to exactly to Memorial and Eldridge. The City of Houston Bikeway map will explain it all to you. It's online. www.houstonbikeways.org
