A man riding a bicycle westbound in the eastbound lanes in the 17200 block of I-10 East about 3 a.m. was struck and killed by an undetermined vehicle. Jonathan Eugene McCormick was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
