WOW! Your the first person I've heard of that commutes from that far out. I use the same route but I get on the Brays Trail at Endicot and Brays which is close to the 610 loop. It's about 10.5 miles for me into downtown and I try to make it in 45 minutes, wind depending. The route works well, but don't you hate it when you catch a red light at McGowan and San Jacinto? Interesting scenery. I'm usually on the trail around 6:15 AM. Some days, I'll board my bike on the 261 P&R in the AM and just ride home in the evening. Do you ever use the 265 P&R to transport your bike?
