The 265 P&R has side cargo compartments. The compartment for bikes is marked with a blue bike label. Grab the door, open the cargo door and toss your bike in. It takes about 15 seconds to load up. Before boarding, I ride in front of the parked bus, wave at the driver and point to my bike so that he/she knows that I will be boarding my bike. I normally get there a few minutes before the bus leaves so I don't delay the bus and normally move to the front so I can retrieve my bike before the last passenger gets off at my stop. I commute on an older yellow Schwinn Mesa MTB with commuter tires. Green back pack is on a rack as wearing the back pack adds more heat. Maybe I'll see you sometime. I normally wear an old MS 150 t-shirt.
