Searching for real-world advice on Montrose to TMC - 2009/05/26 19:07 I will be attending dental school at the Texas Medical Center this Fall and I'm looking for transportation solutions. My current plan is to ride in (in a car) to Chelsea and Montrose, where my wife works, and then bike in to the TMC. I've looked at maps and driven through the area a few times and I'm thinking on settling on the following route:

1. Montrose to Main
2. Main to N. Macgregor
3. N. Macgregor to Fannin
4. Fannin to John Freeman.

Is this a safe route? Does anyone have any better suggestions?

Re:Searching for real-world advice on Montrose to TMC - 2009/05/26 20:51 Oh my, that's an busy route you chose! Go to Google maps, zoom it up, and follow this route:

Chelsea
Rosedale, jog on Main to Wichita
Caroline all the way to the park
I think there's a bikeable path through the park which will take you to the other side to the TMC. You'll find it. Just go there on a weekend and ride it.
