Can I Ride Without Paying? |

The streets we ride on are public streets, but
if you ride with the Ramble without paying you are a bandit. We don't
like bandits because a a lot of volunteer work goes into putting on the
event, and the fees fund the charitable work BikeHouston does to make
Houston a better place for cyclists like you, throughout the year. (See the FAQ Why is there a Fee?)
If you don't pay you forego a cool T-shirt, glow stick, map, SAG
support, rest stop priviledges, and that warm fuzzy feeling that comes
from doing the right thing.
