The Houston-Galveston Area Council released a draft of the 2004-2006 Transportation Improvement Program.
The document contains hundreds of roadway and transit projects scheduled for implementation between September 1, 2003 and August 31, 2006. Download the document here.
Areas affected by the plan include Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend and Waller Counties.
