The Third Ward Community Bike Center is now open at 2320 Elgin (at Downling) and accepting donations.
The main focus of the Bike Center is to make cheap bikes and bike repair available to everyone in the Third Ward. They have an earn-a-bike program, bike education programs, and riding clubs.
