Join Harris County Precinct 4 on Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for a grand opening of the Arthur Storey Park Pavilion. BikeHouston will be on hand to host valet bike parking for event attendees arriving by bike.

As a bonus… prior to the event, BikeHouston will lead a bike ride around the park and to the recently opened Camden Park. People who wish to join the ride should arrive at 9:30 a.m.
